What's included with my order?

With each purchase, you’ll receive one complete whisky smoking kit—including the smoker unit, a starter pack of artisanal wood chips, and detailed instructions. Some kits may also include a torch or reusable mesh screen depending on the variant you selected.

Can I request custom wood-chip blends or bespoke engravings?

Not at this time. However, we frequently introduce new wood-chip varieties and design updates—so check back often for limited-edition releases and seasonal assortments.

When will my order ship?

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your kit is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email complete with tracking information.
